How to ask us to delete personal information held by PostcodePress.
Who handles your request
PostcodePress is operated by Hillclear Ventures Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09449834.
Request deletion
- Open our contact form.
- Choose “Privacy or data request”.
- Use the same email address that you used to subscribe or contact us.
- Ask us to delete your personal information and identify any publication or enquiry concerned.
We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you. We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month.
Meta Instant Forms
If you subscribed through a Meta Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram, follow the steps above. Submitting an Instant Form does not create a PostcodePress account or connect your Facebook or Instagram account to our website.
What happens next
Where the right to deletion applies, we will remove personal information we no longer need and stop the newsletters you identify. We may retain a minimal suppression record so that we continue to respect an unsubscribe request, as well as information that must be kept for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
