Replacement buses to Lewisham on Sunday

Engineering work closes the railway between Lewisham and Orpington on Sunday 9 August. Accessible replacement buses will run between the two stations. Charing Cross to Sevenoaks trains will use Victoria instead and run non-stop between Victoria and Petts Wood; Hither Green, Grove Park, Elmstead Woods and Chislehurst will be served only by replacement buses. Roadworks and Transport

Walsingham Road stays closed through August: Walsingham Road is scheduled to remain closed until 6pm on Friday 28 August for power-network works. Multi-way signals are also in place on Sevenoaks Way over the same period.

East Hall Road closure ends on Friday: East Hall Road is scheduled to stay closed until 1am on Friday 7 August for Openreach works. Hewitts Road and Vine Road are due to reopen on Thursday evening.

Tubbenden Lane signals run into Monday: Two-way signals are scheduled on Tubbenden Lane until late morning on Monday 10 August for power-network works. Multi-way signals are also planned on Rushmore Hill from midnight on Friday until late on Saturday.

Avalon Road closes from Monday: Avalon Road is scheduled to close from midnight on Monday 10 August until late on Tuesday 1 September for gas-network works. Check the Bromley roadworks map before setting out.
