Boston Manor Park island action starts
Hounslow Council has begun removing an unauthorised encampment from Clitherow's Island in Boston Manor Park, saying the island had been fenced off without permission and had become largely inaccessible. Once the area is cleared, the council plans nature recovery work and a new community orchard. Read the Boston Manor Park island update.

Planning Watch
Tree works proposed at MSO Marine, Dock Road: Two new conservation-area tree applications have been registered for MSO Marine on Dock Road. One covers cutting back overhanging branches, and the other proposes removing three sycamores on the dock wall and replanting three mountain ash trees away from the wall. See Hounslow records P/2026/1748 and P/2026/1747.
Boston Manor Road condition details submitted: A new submission for the land beside 3 Station Parade, Boston Manor Road covers boundary treatment, landscaping, parking permits, energy, materials, water efficiency and delivery details. It is a conditions application rather than a fresh decision on the scheme; see P/2026/1739.
